Research areas

The main research topics deal with the Fundamental Theorems of Asset Pricing in market models with “proportional frictions” (sublinear price functionals) or low liquidity (“star-shaped” price functionals). Other more or less active topics involve Decision Theory (particularly “benchmark” representations), equivalence among separation theorems, analogies among models of different disciplines (Mathematical Finance, Decision Theory, Physics), and characterisations of models where “asymmetric” and “symmetric” hedging are equivalent.
