Professional and Academic Profile

Adjunct Professor of Internet-Oriented Systems at the University of Parma, with consolidated professional experience developed in complex national and international business environments. CEO of Sinfo One S.p.A., she has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of information systems, digital architectures and digital transformation of business processes.

Her teaching activity is strongly focused on transferring competencies from the professional world to the academic environment, integrating theoretical foundations with real case studies, project work, enterprise architecture analysis and simulations of real design contexts. The educational goal is to provide students with conceptual and operational tools to understand the complexity of Internet-oriented systems and their organizational impact.

Teaching Activity and Methodological Approach

Teaching activities are characterized by a strongly applied and interdisciplinary approach. Theoretical contents are systematically complemented by real case studies, practical exercises, group work and structured project work.

Topics covered include: design of Internet-oriented systems, software architectures, application integration, software quality, information systems evolution management and IT governance. Students are guided throughout the entire system life cycle, from requirements analysis to the final presentation of the proposed solution.

Responsible for defining corporate strategies, innovation investments and governance of complex digital transformation projects. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and management of national and international clients.

General Manager – Sinfo One S.p.A. (2011 – 2018)
Responsible for operational and project coordination, with a focus on delivery quality, process optimization and development of internal competencies.

Director – Redfaire International, Amsterdam (2016 – Present)
Involved in defining joint venture strategies, evaluating joint investments and coordinating international commercial initiatives.
