2026: PhD in Philological-Literary, Historical-Philosophical and Artistic Studies at the University of Parma (38th Cohort), with a thesis on English language, translation and sociolinguistics, subtitling for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH), and the development of tagging processes for non-standard British English using Transformer architecture (language curriculum).
2021: First-level Master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation from the University of Parma, with a final dissertation on dubbing (academic year 2020/2021).
2020: Master’s degree in Language, Society and Communication (LM-38) from the University of Bologna, with a dissertation on the social stigmatisation of the Scouse accent (academic year 2018/2019).
2017: Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures (L-11 – Curriculum B: Linguistics and European and Non-European Languages) from the University of Pisa, with a final dissertation on British English slang in the television series Doctor Who (academic year 2016/2017).
