Research fellow with a PhD cum laude in Food Science.
During my academic and professional journey, I have gained experience in using advanced analytical techniques for the chemical characterization of insect proteins, as well as in managing institutional relations within dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.
In my current role as Research fellow, I focus on food safety, European regulatory dynamics, and scientific communication within the scope of Novel Foods. I am currently collaborating with the delegation of the Emilia-Romagna region in Brussels (Europass office), where I draft summaries of EFSA scientific opinions and provide support for risk communication and the organization of technical-scientific events for public outreach.
