Curriculum Vitae

Luca Bianchi is University Lecturer in Civil procedural Law (scientific discipline branch IUS-15) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma, since 2006.

Graduated in Law at University of Parma with a thesis in Civil procedural Law.

PhD in Civil procedural Law from University of Milan.

Did research on matters of international civil procedure at the Bielefeld University and Heidelberg University(Germany) and at the Innsbruck University (A).

From the Academic Year 2009-2010 charged of teaching:

- Domestic and international arbitration law at Faculty of Law of the University of Parma
The research interests cover the topics of (procedural) family law and arbitration law.
In particular, the scientific production focuses on appeal a first instance decision, divorce and legal separation.
