Hilva Gjoni is a PhD student in Food Science at the University of Parma, where she carries out her research under the supervision of Professor Chiara Dall’Asta. Her research focuses on the application of metabolomic approaches for the characterization of complex botanical mixtures and the identification of bioactive compounds relevant to food quality and safety.
