Research
Author of monographic works and essays in Italian and German and of translations of works on contract law, navigation law, sporting law, European law, consumer law, banking law and financial market law.
Continuous research activity from 9 January 1994 to 19 July 1997 at Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privat- und Wirtschaftsrecht, University of Heidelberg, with a contract for scientific research. Attends the Institut annually for research purposes.
Collaboration with Prof. Alessandro Baratta (University of Saarbrücken) on Europea law and Prof. Peter-Christian Müller-Graff (University of Heidelberg) on European law.
