Born in Piacenza on 18 May 1985, he graduated in Nursing in 2007, in 2010 he obtained a post graduate certificate in "Orthopedic and Trauma Nursing Care", in 2016 a Master's Degree in "Nursing and Midwifery Sciences" and in 2021 a post graduate certificate in "Management for Coordination Roles in the Healthcare Professions Area". In 2025, he obtained a PhD in "Medical and Surgical Translational Sciences". He has taken part in several training courses concerning the Orthopedic Emergency Room, teaching and research.
He is currently working as a Academic Tutor the Bachelor Degree in Nursing -University of Parma, teaching site Azienda USL of Piacenza and at the post graduate certificate in "Palliative Care and Pain Management for Healthcare Professionals". He also works in the Orthopaedic Emergency Room of the Azienda USL of Piacenza. Since May 2023 he has been a member of the "Corporate Board for Research" of the Azienda USL of Piacenza and since 2024 he has been functionally attached to the UOC Innovation, Research and quality with the function of documentalist.
His teaching activities focus mainly on nursing in the orthopaedic and traumatology fields and on research methodology. He is also the teaching tutor in charge of relations with the Research Office of the Azienda USL of Piacenza and with the Local Secretariat of the AVEN Ethics Committee.
