Several training periods (from 1994 to 2000) aimed at carrying out scientific research at the "Biochimie de la Différenciation" laboratory of the Jacques Monod Institute - Paris VII University - Paris (France).

Conducts basic and applied scientific research in virology and microbiology. In particular, basic research focuses on the study of the interaction between different virus strains and cellular models with varying degrees of permissivity, with the aim of highlighting the role of specific cellular factors in resistance to viral infection.

2010-2014: Member of the research group of the "Interdepartmental Center for Packaging (CIPACK)" of the University of Parma;

HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

She performs healthcare activities in the "Serology" sector of the Microbiology and Virology Unit of the Diagnostics Department with Integrated Activities at the Parma University Hospital, focusing on diagnostic tests for serological markers of infection detection and implementing management aspects. Since 2017, she has been the head of the "Molecular Virological Diagnosis and Epidemiology" Unit of the Microbiology and Virology Unit of the Diagnostics Department at the Parma University Hospital.
