  • COOPERAZIONE SOCIALE E RESPONSABILITÀ SOCIALE DI IMPRESA L’INSERIMENTO LAVORATIVO DELLE PERSONE FRAGILI

    Il seminario affronta i temi della cooperazione sociale e della responsabilità sociale delle imprese, con attenzione particolare all'inserimento lavorativo delle persone fragili. Gli interventi del mattino illustrano il contesto storico (Danilo Amadei) e le difficoltà e le sfide attuali della cooperazione (Fabio Faccini) anche alla luce dei risultati i una ricerca sul terzo settore in Italia oggi (Giuseppe Pio Bisceglia) e di alcune testimonianze di esperienze cooperative (Alice Ceci, Cooperativa sociale “Lunaria” di Parma e Alessandra Corradi, Cooperativa sociale “Il Cortile” di Salsomaggiore). Nel pomeriggio i lavori si focalizzano sul tema dell'inserimento lavorativo delle persone fragili, con gli interventi di Angela Saccà della Cooperativa Sociale "Insieme" che presenta l'esperienza del Job Coach e il supporto alle aziende e di Andrea Bui della Cooperativa sociale “La Bula” che illustra gli Strumenti per l’inserimento lavorativo in base all'art 22 L. 17/2005 Emilia Romagna. Segue poi una tavola rotonda, moderata da Matteo Ghillani del Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale di Parma, per presentare il punto di vista degli attori del territorio con gli interventi di Andrea Chiesi di Chiesi Group, Giuseppe Iotti - Presidente GIA, Patrizia Vaccari, Responsabile SO Inclusione Persone con Disabilità Comune di Parma e Walter Antonini, Presidente ANMIC. L’incontro è organizzato dalla prof.ssa Furlotti Katia nell’ambito dell’insegnamento di Responsabilità Sociale delle Imprese – Corso di Laurea in Economia e Management – Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali dell’Università Di Parma. È rivolto a studenti e studentesse e aperto a tutte le persone interessate.

  • COOPERAZIONE SOCIALE E RESPONSABILITÀ SOCIALE DI IMPRESA

    Il seminario affronta i temo della cooperazione sociale e della resposanbilità socialòe dlele imprese. Gli interventi del mattino hanno illustrato il contesto storico le difficoltà e le sfide attuali della cooperazione. Nel pomeriggio si è svolta una tavola rotonda sulle prospettive del welfare in un contesto di riduzione di risorse pubbliche e di contestuale aumento dei bisogni sociali a cui hanno partecipato Maria Teresa Guarnieri, della Direzione delle Attività Socio Sanitarie dell’AUSL di Parma, Andrea Chiesi, Head Special Projects del Gruppo Chiesi, Laura Stanghellini, coordinatrice dell’area disabilità del Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale di Parma e Stefano Andreoli, Amministratore Unico di ASP Parma.

    L’incontro, organizzato dalla prof.ssa Furlotti Katia nell’ambito dell’insegnamento di Responsabilità Sociale delle Imprese – Corso di Laurea in Economia e Management – Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali dell’Università Di Parma, è rivolto a studenti e studentesse e aperto a tutte le persone interessate.     Il volume intende delineare un quadro di riferimento in materia di cooperazione sociale alla luce del particolare interesse che rivestono nel contesto attuale, per i caratteri di originalità e peculiarità che le contraddistinguono: mutualità, socialità, economicità. Il lavoro prende le mosse dalla collaborazione istauratasi fra il Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali dell’Università di Parma e il Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale, finalizzata ad arricchire la formazione degli studenti su temi di grande attualità e complessità, attraverso la testimonianza diretta di coloro che operano quotidianamente nel mondo della cooperazione sociale e il coinvolgimento nell’esperienza dei protagonisti.

  • Collaborazione con CHIESI sul tema della sostenibilità e rendicontazione non finanziaria

    L’attività riguarda la collaborazione nel processo di predisposizione del bilancio di sostenibilità aziendale, con particolare riferimento all'attività di mappatura degli strumenti di CSR e di individuazione di benchmark in termini di disclosure socio-ambientale delle società di maggiori dimensioni, attività di supporto scientifico nell’aggiornamento del processo di coinvolgimento degli stakeholder e nella definizione della matrice di materialità.
