My most important research fields are: French chanson de geste (cycle des Lorrains, cycle de  Guillaume d’Orange and Chanson d’Aspremont), texts on Alexander the Great, scientific vernacular literature, volgarizzamenti from Latin and French, relationships between Galloromance and Italian Literature in the Middle Ages.

I attend national and international conferences as speaker and invited professor, I work in national and international Research Teams and I'm member of the most important scientific Societies; I am currentlt vicepresident of Société Rencesvals (https://rencesvals.net/Bureau/Bureau.html) and president of its italian branch (https://rencesvals.net/Branches/Countries/Italie.html).
