Integrated study of the simple eukaryotes and plant models, with regard to molecular mechanisms, starting from genetics to genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics.

Integrated study of the organelles (mitochondrion and chloroplast), with regard to their involvement in the molecular response to different contaminants, in eukaryote model systems such as S. cerevisiae and A. thalianaand in crop species.

Integrated study of plant-soil system, with regard to interplay between biotic and abiotic components (nutrients, metabolites, microbial populations).
