Dr. Maria Paciulli is a Researcher in Food Technology at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma.

  •  September 2004 / October 2010: Degree in Food Science and Technology, University of Parma
  • November 2010: Qualification to practice as a Food Technologist, University of Parma
  • January 2011 / March 2015: PhD in Food Science and Technology "Effect of thermal and non-thermal processes on selected physicochemical parameters of vegetables"
  • April 2015 / June 2019: Research fellow at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma
  • July 2019 / today: Fixed-term researcher at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma
