Presentazione
Leonardo Savio is a research fellow at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma, under the scientific supervision of Professor Chiara Dall'Asta. His research focuses on analytical chemistry applied to food systems, with particular interest in the development and validation of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry methods. His research activities are mainly directed towards the analysis of emerging contaminants and other compounds in complex food matrices, with applications in food safety and quality.
