About

For the past ten years I have worked in the field of Business Intelligence, alongside teaching at university level. I have chosen to bring into the classroom not only theory, but the way data is actually analysed, modelled and turned into decision-making tools within organisations.

In the course of Advanced Information Systems for Management I guide students through the entire lifecycle of a Business Intelligence project built with Microsoft Power BI: from data preparation and modelling to the design of dashboards and analytical measures. The goal is not to memorise functions, but to understand how to reason with data and how to build a solution that someone will genuinely use to make decisions.

I believe in hands-on teaching, grounded in real cases and authentic problems — the ones encountered every day at work. My aim is for students to leave the course with skills they can apply straight away, and with the ability to find their bearings in a field, that of data, which is constantly evolving.
