About

She holds degrees in Artistic, Theatrical, Cinematographic and New Media Heritage and in Medieval, Modern and Contemporary Art History. She has completed a Postgraduate Specialisation Course in Art Due Diligence and is currently completing a Master’s Degree in University and Research Management.

She has gained extensive experience in the coordination, management and enhancement of cultural heritage and related services at the Universities of Parma and Pavia, promoting organisational development projects, heritage enhancement initiatives, training programmes and service innovation processes. She has developed expertise in the evaluation and sale of artworks, collaborating with auction houses and private galleries in Rome. She has also carried out teaching and scientific outreach activities on cultural heritage management, collection enhancement and innovation in cultural services, participating as a speaker at national conferences and publishing contributions in specialised journals.

She is currently Head of the University Museum System and Historical Archive of the University of Parma, where, in close collaboration with the Scientific Directorate, she is responsible for management and coordination activities aimed at ensuring the protection, preservation, enhancement and accessibility of the University’s cultural heritage, in line with institutional strategies and in compliance with national and international sector standards.

Her professional activity combines technical, managerial and administrative expertise, with responsibilities for the planning and coordination of multidisciplinary projects, the management of financial resources, the implementation of programmes funded through national and European resources, and the management of public procurement procedures in the role of Project Manager (RUP). She also oversees the development of institutional partnerships, relations with heritage protection authorities, and the monitoring of the quality of museum and archival services, promoting organisational models focused on innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
