Frédérique Pasquali is fixed term junior assistant professor since 2020. She granted the National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor in area 07/MVET-02 in inspection of food of animal origin (SSD MVET-02/B). Frédérique’s research and teaching activities are in the framework of food safety with focus on traceability of foodborne pathogens along the food chain, microbial genomics and antimicrobial resistance. Tutor and co-tutor of several theses of first-cycle degree, second-cycle degree and PhD, she is author of more than 60 peered-reviewed scientific publications and she has been appointed by EFSA as ISA Expert. She is Associate Editor for Frontiers in Microbiology, Accademic Editor for PLOS ONE and Member of the Editorial Board of Italian Journal of Food Safety. She has been involved in several FP6, FP7, H2020 EU funded projects and she was coordinator of the Coordinator of the DAMR project "DAMR project "Disseminate antimicrobial resistance knowledge and the use of whole genome sequencing on relevant bacterial pathogens during COVID-19 World emergency" funded by UNA EUROPA in the frame of seed funding funded by UNA EUROPA in the frame of seed funding. Her current project is ONFOODS.
