Biography:
Born in Brescia(Italy) 08/05/1969
Degree in Veterinary Medicine 1994
1994-1997: Ph.D. in Domestic animal endocrinology at Parma University-Intitute of Veterinary Physiology. Last years at Department of molecular biology, Gembolux University - Belgium) on a project regarding galanin effect on GH secretion in prepubertal male lambs. She was supervised by Dr. R. Renaville.
from 1998: Practical Clinical and surgical veterinary experience.
2002: She got a permanent position as Researcher (Assistent Professor) at the Veterinary Medical School of Parma University.
Research Interest:
endocrinology of domestic animals
somatotropic axis and immune system
endocrine function of adipose tissue
