Curriculum Vitae

Paolo Casoli got his degree in Mechanical engineering in 1989. Since 1990 he has been working at the University of Parma. Full professor. The main research topics in his scientific curriculum are: developing of combustion model for improvement of ICE performance in terms of specific fuel consumption and pollutant emissions reduction; optimization of hydraulic components and circuits by means of simulation models and experimental tests; solutions for reducing fuel consumption in mobile machinery; hybrid solutions; energy recovery systems; control optimization; condition monitoring applied to fluid power components and machines (pumps, motors). Experimental activity carried out on fluid power components, pumps and motors. Paolo Casoli is coauthor of more than 120 scientific publications presented in both Italian and International conferences and Journals. Author id:http://orcid.org/0000-0002-0433-6279
