I developed my scientific curriculum in the field of the economy of the financial intermediation. I have dealt, more specifically, with varied themes connected to the finance of small and medium firms, with attention to the theoretical profiles and to problems of empirical investigation. The studies already developed have assembled on the profile of the credit evaluation, on the general and methodological profiles of the evaluation of the cost of capital, on the characteristics of the useful financial services to help firms development, on the collateralized finance problems. Further investigations have been done in the non banking intermediation area, in respect with leasing and consumer credit products. In this area, I developed various studies about evaluation of leasing tax advantage and risk, and about management framework for the consumer credit sector. I worked in the field of finance for development, investment policies and debt policies of private operators.
