Currently, she is Rector delegate for University ranking (since 2017), publication responsible for the Department of Industrial engineering / Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma (since 2012) and Delegate of the Department director for quality of teaching, research and public engagement of the Department of Engineering and Architecture (since 2018).
In January 2014, she got the qualification for the associate professorship position in the field of Mechanical industrial plants, with the final evaluation of excellent against all the criteria examined by the commission. In March 2014 she applied for the position of associate professor in "Industrial Mechanical Systems Engineering" (SSD ING-IND/17) at the University of Parma and from October 1, 2014, to October 31, 2019, she has been associate professor at the Department of Industrial engineering / Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma. In December 2014 and July 2018, she got the qualification for the full professorship position in the field of Mechanical industrial plants. From November 1, 2019, she is Full professor at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma.
Since 2005, she taught several courses within the field of Mechanical Industrial Plants. In particular, she was professor of Supply Chain Management (Master Degree course in Industrial Engineering and Management) from 2005/2006 to 2008/2009. In 2009/2010, she was professor of Logistics Systems for the Food Industry (Master degree course in Mechanical Engineering for the Food Industry). From 2005/2006 to 2008/2009, she was also professor of Laboratory for Mechanical Plants (Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering). From 2010/2011, she is professor of Industrial logistics for the Master degree course in Industrial Engineering and Management. She also provided teaching support for other courses of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Parma, such as Safety of industrial plants and Facilities. From 2005/2006 to 2008/2009, she was also professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Parma, teaching Safety in the workplaces to the class of Techniques of prevention in the workplace.
