From March 1, 2015, she is Associate Professor at the Food and Drug Department of the University of Parma (I).

From November 1, 2000 to February 28, 2015, she was Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Parma (I).

2000 - Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry.

1997 - Degree in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Parma (110/110 cum laude)

Research Subjects: Histamine H3-receptor antagonists - Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr) inhibitors - Sodium channel blockers as potential antiepileptic drugs - Sodium channel blockers for the treatment of neuropathic pain - Molecules acting on glioblastoma.

Academic and Scientific Activities:

- 2024/2025: course of "Basic Techniques and Safety in the Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory" at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Parma (I).

- 2016/2023: course of "Drug Analysis I" at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Parma (I).

- 2001-2015: course of "Drug Analysis II" at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Parma (I).

She was member of the Teaching Board of the Ph.D. in “Science of Drugs, Biomolecules and Health Products” - She was member of the Pharmacy Department Junta - She was in the executive committee of the State Exam Preparation Course - She was President of the Department Joint teacher-student Committee - She was Secretary of the Board of the Pharmacy Course - She was part of the Quality Assurance of the Food and Drug Department of the University of Parma (I) - She is currently Delegate of the Food and Drug Department of the University of Parma (I) for Incoming Orientation.
