Alessia Morigi received her classical high school diploma (60/60) in 1988 at the Vincenzo Monti Liceo Classico in Cesena, and in 1992 her bachelor's degree in classics and archaeology (110/110 L) and, later, her specialization in archaeology (70 / 70 L) and PhD in Archeology (Excellent) at the University of Bologna. She was a University Researcher with a permanent contract from 1998 to 2004 at the Second University of Naples and from 2004 to 2014 at the University of Parma, where since 2014 she is Associate Professor of Classical Archeology. At the University of Parma she was delegate of the Rector and is currently coordinator of the Departmental Quality Assurance Unit of the Department of Humanities, Social and Cultural Enterprises, secretary of the Scientific Committee of Area 10 of the University, member of the University Internationalization Group , member of the Teaching Committee of the Doctorate in Philological-Literary, Historical-Philosophical and Artistic Sciences, member of the Review Group of the Master's Degree Course in Classical and Modern Letters. He is President of the Società di Studi Romagnoli and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Cervi-Biblioteca Archive Emilio Sereni. He is referee of research programs and products (ERC SH6_1 Archeology sector). He directs the magazine Studi Romagnoli and the series Studi e Repertori, Quaderni degli Studi Romagnoli, Guides. Participates in the Editorial Committee of Paideia (band A) and Byrsa (band A). Directs the excavation of the Villa di Teoderico under the MiBACT concession scheme at the University of Parma. He is the scientific director of the conventions between the University of Parma and, respectively, the Municipality of Galeata, the Cervi Institute-Library / Emilio Sereni Archive, the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, the Unione Comuni Parma Est for scientific and educational activities; she was scientific coordinator for the University of Parma of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipality of Parma-Regional Directorate BBCC-MiBACT for Parma 2200 - Celebrations for the anniversary of the foundation of Roman Parma, within the national program MMCC - 2200 years along the Via Emilia conducted in partnership with MiBACT and the Municipalities of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena; is responsible for the University of Parma of the Luceria Regional Project (winner of the GpT-IBC call) and of the study and preparation project for the archaeological area of ​​the Roman bridge in Parma; directs under the International Program S.F.E.R.A. Spaces and Forms of Ancient Emilia Romagna The Inter Amnes projects (winner of the Reti d'Arte Cariparma Foundation award) and Regium Lepidi. He received the Antonio Veggiani Award. He has participated in national and international research groups in collaboration with Italian and foreign universities and with MiBACT and CNR and organized and presented reports at national and international conferences. She is the author of 5 monographs published in Italian and foreign locations, two curatorships and about 70 essays in a scientific activity mainly dedicated to the themes of urban and territorial settlement of the classical age. It is suitable for the functions of university lecturer for the SC 10 / A1 Archeologia.
