Tommaso Bonamini is a Lecturer in Private Law (RTT) at the University of Parma, Department of Law, Politics and International Studies. He holds a PhD in Private Market Law from Sapienza University of Rome and is admitted to the Bar. His research focuses on civil liability (tort law), contract law, family law, the protection of vulnerable persons and private food law. At the University of Parma, he currently teaches Private Food Law within the LLM in Global Food Law and Civil Law, with a focus on civil liability, in the Law degree programme. He is Principal Investigator of a research project on Private Food Law, concerning contracts and civil liability in food law regulation. His publications include two monographs, on contractual recitals and standard clauses, and on private-law indemnities, as well as articles and chapters on family law, contractual clauses, civil liability, vulnerable adults, digital identity, and artificial intelligence.
