Curriculum Vitae
Associate Professor at the Department of Food and Drug in the academic discipline of Food and Dietetic Sciences (MEDS-08/C).
She has a Master Degree in Human Nutrition (University of Milan) and a Ph.D in Food Science (University of Parma).
Currently, she is carrying out several European and national projects focused on eating behaviour and food choices, diet evaluation in terms of nutrition adequacy and environmental impact, and nutrition education, with a particular focus on children, and pregnant and lactating women.
She is also actively involved in the development of edutainment applications for the nutritional coaching and for the evaluation of eating behaviours and lifestyle.
She is a founding member of the Italian Human Nutrition Society (SINU) Working Group “SINU Young”, and a founding member of the “Italy Regional Network” for NNedPro (Need for Nutrition Education Project) Global Centre for Nutrition.
