Federico Spotti, a notary registered with the Parma Bar Association, obtained his PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
He is currently an adjunct professor of Banking Contract Law at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies at the University of Parma.
Previously, at the same department, he was an adjunct professor of Family Law and, for six years, held a research grant in Commercial Law on the topic of “Banking Contracts, Financial Intermediation and Consumer Protection”.
He is a member of the Centre for Bioethics at the University of Parma.
He is an associate member of the Italian Society of Civil Law Scholars (SISDiC).
